Bio

Get to Know Rowena

Rowena Rizzotti is an innovative business leader with nearly 40 years of executive experience in healthcare, technology, and complex business environments.

She holds two master’s degrees in management and business administration (MBA), and an undergraduate degree in Psychology with a minor in Biochemistry from UBC.

Clinically trained as a nurse and paramedic, Rowena has held significant roles such as VP of Operations for BC’s largest private seniors’ care operator, COO for BC’s Northern Health Authority, and senior leadership positions at large public and private health agencies, including LifeLabs, and Fraser Health.

Her strategic vision and commitment to collaboration and operational excellence drive organizational success and transformative growth.
